What do I do?
I help people at whatever stage of horticultural knowledge they have to make more of their gardens.
I can assist you in finding plants to give special effects that will be happiest growing on your site for whatever reason you want – from selecting fruit tree varieties for recreating a Victorian orchard to creating a tropical-looking garden with plants which are hardy to minus 12° C.
If you want someone who will help you re-train your wisteria, reform a tired plot, or just how to look after what you’ve got in the garden already, I can show you how.
I do not do large-scale or very heavy work – no building, slabbing or fencing –but I will happily suggest and source plants for a landscape makeover, draw up design ideas and future maintenance schedules, and carry out these if required.
As a dedicated organic grower, designing for wildlife is always one of my main considerations. I can undertake walkover wildlife surveys for clients.
Large or small gardens treated equally.
